We were very excited that a further 2 chicks hatched, so that now we have 9 in total.

Did you know that you can tell whether a chick is male or female by it's colour? The paler yellow chicks are male and the darker, orange, stripy chicks are female, which means that our male chicks are outnumbered 2 to 1. 

Sadly, the chicks will only be with us for a further week and will be collected by their owners at the end of the week to start their new lives on some local farms.
