Friday 11th March
The children have had a great time the last couple of weeks in woods. The weather has been varied! One week a few blizzards passed over where the children were running about in it and trying to catch the flakes in their mouths-I joined them then the next it was sunny with people taking off their coats!
We have also had the slackline out, perfecting our den building, digging ( some in Ash tried to recreate the River Nile), practising lighting a piece of cotton wool, making things with our new whittling skills, some have made necklaces out of natural materials, climbing trees, a couple made bog babies with mud and two just enjoyed getting mud on their hands!
