    Samaritan volunteers are available to give you emotional support 24/7, by phone or email if you are dealing with a difficult situation, are in distress or in a crisis, or just need to talk to someone.

    It is free to phone us even from a mobile phone.

    Mind BLMK provides crisis services for individuals in need of mental health support.
