Positive Affirmations

Positive affirmations are a mindfulness technique that help us to feel good about ourselves.

By repeating positive phrases about our characters and things that we do for others, we reinforce a good self-image and good feelings about ourselves.

Have a go at repeating some of these positive affirmations:

I am having a great day

I like to help others

I am smart

I am calm

I believe in me

I am a good person

I am kind to my friends
