We enjoyed International Week where we learnt about the countries represented in our class family. We tasted lots of lovely food from different countries which was provided by some of our lovey parents. We agreed that we had all tried a new food! We research information about each country and made posters and leaflets. 

Transition Day happened this week and although it was a quieter affair than usual, we all got to meet our new teachers and spend time in our new class. This helped us to feel ready foe September.

This week was also our Thurleigh Summer Wow Day! Not only did we all get to enjoy the amazing puppet show of Mr Widdershins in the morning, but we also had a picnic lunch on the field followed by Thurleigh's Got Talent! We had such a good time watching the different talent acts from across the school, we are a very talented bunch!

The week finished off with Sports Day which we all enjoyed. We definitely need a restful weekend after such an eventful week.
